WHO I AM
My name is Barbara and I am an Expressive Arts Registered Therapeutic Counsellor. I believe that we all can function as healthy, loving human beings with respect for ourselves and the people around us.
My commitment is to help you be ease restore balance and find new ways of connecting with yourself and the special people in your life.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology, a Diploma in Expressive Art Therapy and Art Therapy.
I'm passionate about finding inner power, which is expressed in different art modalities to heal and understand journey in life.

I offer expressive arts walk-and-talk therapy in homes or outdoors, focusing on connection, safety, and growth. Sessions are confidential, judgment-free, and designed to support emotional, behavioral, or relational challenges—without the high cost of traditional counseling. I prioritize your comfort, privacy, and well-being. No art experience needed—just openness and trust.
Expressive arts therapy uses the arts to assist people with a variety of challenges; whether they be psychological, behavioral, or associated with life traumas, relationships, or transitions. Expressive Arts combine the visual arts, movement, drama, music, writing, and other creative processes in order to foster deep personal connection.
Sessions are a safe space, non-judgmental, and creative. Together, we will find resources to clear the symptoms, meditate, and cultivate loving presence through the arts. I'll support you in your journey and discovery of how you can live in a fuller way and how the arts can facilitate change, personal growth, and transformation. The absence of experience in the arts is not a restriction to explore art-making that relates to our senses.
